Spoilers...
Unfortunately they stopped just before Ageha is shown to grow up. After seeing the raws, at the very next chapter (ch.7) actually does show Ageha all grown up and reuniting with Sakura.
As for the "take", and perspective, I think the author meant to make "age" the main point of conflict. As in, even if I don't understand the language, I can tell that it's what weighs on Sakura's mind. Even when Ageha is grown up, even after reuniting with him, he still thinks about it, and I think it nearly broke them up, if not for Ageha's persistence and reassurance. Vol.3 seems to be a recollection of sorts, as it shows Ageha in seemingly different ages (so now I don't know if Sakura did come back periodically to visit or if it's just a what if or someone else's imagination), but the chapters of Vol.4 appears to be the actual, actual climax and ending of the story.
At least, to see Chapter 7 translated, will mean some kind of closure, and can be treated as an ending in its own right.
Oh it's been 3 yrs, ig we also need to wait 2 more yrs for him to cb.
This is my first time ready this kind of manga and i can't say i ain't bothered, it's just I'm curious what's their take on this (author's perspective coz it's common in j)
