
I assume the video you are referring to is the video that was released from one-two years ago. It was a promotional video by Webtoon to try and get more people to read the story. I would very much be excited by a NoHome anime but unfortunately I think its unlikely, particularly because No home doesn't appeal to any certain group. It wouldn't be considered a BL, nor horror, but more like slice of life realism. So likely it wouldn't have a group or community to watch it, expressively since the promotional video portrays the story as kind of a horror mystery manga. The date you name was likely just some random date that someone said to give false hope, it happens often with animes hoping for a second or third season that likely will never get one.
