Oh this seems like a big bad angst manga. Read some reviews that the noah guy will eventually realise he love her but afraid she will leave the marriage if he confess and she the fl love both of him and the sister so she sacrifice her love to be there for them. There will be another guy becoming close to her too but overall just a normal angst manga
