Hmm... In certain western countries, Duke's daughters used to be called Princess. So, I don't know what to think.
Uh not rly from the very beginning of the mmahwa they've been refering to her as like princess or duchess even tho she technically isn't one.
I'm pretty sure it's because the daughter of dukes are referred to as princesses
