By the story itself its actually pretty good.
But sometimes the pic and translation are confusing. So if theres better and clearer one its 8/10
I really enjoy it, I binge it every so often when it gets updated.
I think of all the “i got transmigrated but I was an OP doctor in my previous life!” stories, this one was probably one of the first of its kind. This makes it stand out to me so much but despite all of that it feels like it’s still unique in its own way and has some decent plot behind it.
I also feel like I am looking forward to the future plot. I give it a 8/10 (due to the unnecessary fab-service)

Thank you for the translation. To be brutally honest, the translations fall extremely flat during the medical explanations. And on the whole, lack grammar checks. I’d rate it 68/100.
I think if you need to polish the translations for the medical terms as that is the most vital aspect of Farma/Falma’s character - so the translations not coming across is more jarring than when other characters’ translations fall flat.
Secondly - and this will help your translations more than getting terms translated correctly - is you need to do a grammar/ quality check. Don’t just copy/paste into panels and call it a day. Read what you’re putting in. Make sure the dialogue flows smoothly and that the grammar is correct. This was your greatest weakness in your translation. If you aren’t a native English speaker, you should try to find one to do a quality check read through before uploading. This will ensure that your translations will be better received.
