No, he didn't apologise first thing in that room but I didn't conenct that he did it only because he had to because of his love for Jihyuk. It was part of his plan of getting him back, telling hil what he knew etc,

But my point is that he does mean that he is sorry nevertheless (not going about it in a perfect way), that he realises he has hurt Jihyuk and if he were to get a do-over, he would NOT do everything the same, he would do things differently. He's had an itty little bit of character development, but it's what makes him different from the omega guy
Realised I wanted to add a few things. Alpha realised he loved Jihyuk, and that he had done bad things and needed to be sorry for them and regret them. Then when Jihyuk said he would hear him out, the first thing he said was "I'm sorry". He mistakedly asked for too much after that, another chance, having him back, forgiveness etc, but that's not too important because he soon realised that as well. But at this point in the story, and what I've read (ch86) he still has't said that he loved him at all yet
im sorry i mean this non maliciously but i think you need to reread the chapter because he says in his OWN words and i quote “but you know what jihyuk? if i had to do everything over again i’d still do the exact same thing”. so i genuinely dont know where you’re getting your points from lol. there is no character development, had he not been caught firsthand by jihyuk he would’ve continued to hide the fact that he drugged him. i personally don’t think regretting something(which is what he says he felt) necessarily means you’re sorry. but i’ll admit your point about the omega’s response being a complete opposite parallel to the alpha’s (he apologised but didn’t say he loved jihyuk) was a nice observation. anyway, just to let you know again non maliciously i just despise the omega and im not interested in wanting to try to like him, so it would be a waste of your time if you tried to convince me otherwise hahah
Ohhh I see ehere the confusion is. I could have tried to be clearer, sorry. Nonono, I too despise the omega guy, and did so early on. Eunsong? My whole point was the parallel I made, that Alpha has had some character development and began regretting, while omega guy is shit and has not.
