There are times where I feel bad for Nux and sympathize with him. And then there is also times where I'm reminded that Nux isn't this innocent naive person. Nux is immature, manipulative, a user, an asshole, a bully,hot head,selfish little bastardLike I do feel bad that Owen left him and didn't tell him about the kid. But looking back on Nux actions and then how he is now. I don't really blame Owen anymore like Nux actually treated Owen kinda shitty. Yes he realize afterwards Owen left that he had deep feelings for him but let's call a spade a spade Nux didn't treat Owen the best unless he gave him gifts and money and even then he was still an asshole. As the story progresses I see it's painting Owen as this horrible inconsiderate selfish character which don't get me wrong Owen has some flaws too but I don't think he is that horrible of a person. Like I'm really questioning myself on if Owen leaving was such a bad thing. Do I feel like the Owens should really be doing all this begging and pleading Hmmmmm idk. Granted neither character is perfect and they all have flaws.
