i think it's an editing problem the scans did like maybe while cleaning. we can check if it really is the case after the official version is out tho so lets wait :)

Chapter 166, why do some of the characters (that seoshu guy at the beginning and even Tia towards the bottom) have warped hands? Extra fingers and/or looking weird... Is this AI generated or something?
