Genuine question, is she not allowed to reflect on her own faults and how her shortcomings could have contributed to jiho’s emotional instability and the misunderstandings between them? Are we only allowed to hear things from ML’s perspective? Even though the problems within their relationship is the result of both their character flaws (though some more than the other) or is it that you just find the ML more pitiful because he’s cried time and time again but FL does not resort to crying?
What does crying have to do with anything? None of these two are my fave characters to read in a mamhwa, but you can expect so much from a manhwa character anyway. Interestingly, I picked this series up for FL as I am in general not into pitiful MLs, much less those that behave like a toddler with attachment issues. But time and time again, FL is just shown to be a trashy person overall with no depth and nothing interesting going on about her character. Jiho at least has some layers, some unpredictability compared to FL, and is going through "transitions" over the time (still not sure for better or worse) but FL, after so many chapters, is still the same damn self centered boring woman doing things just...for fun? Where has she ever reflected on anything she has done and even got an inch closer to seeing her faults? So the answer to your genuine question is: yes please!!! I have been dying so much to see the smallest reflection from her side that I have lost patience and interest in their story whole together.
Of course after hearing Jiho is in trouble, FL's reaction would be to pity herself and her past. This woman is just the sun and everyone else is some pebble orbiting around her.
Why does she have to be such a basic bitch? Not a single positive thing is shown about her character so far. I don't mind reading about Jiho's struggles, but I pay author any amount just to stop involving her in the story as main character. She is just so not interesting.
