Omg? You are smart. That totally makes sense. Something is also weird in Theo. He has become radical. Maybe that great grand Duke is also influencing Theo.

Yeah I think he is but it seems he was developing into one, instead of being one right at the start of the series. Idk, Theo is somewhat changing.
Cause they say the princess changed after she was bedridden. I think the original princess died, thats why Theo was engaged to the 7th princess before, and the witch processed the dying princess body in order to get to marry Theo in this timeline. And she bewitched the Emperor (since he was exposed to Laperion blood before n didnt die, as we discovered in this chap).
Theo is clearly obsessing over his duchess and I guess things will get messy. The witch wont tolerate the torture session they had e Theo wont tolerate anything bad done to this pink haired wifey.
The crazy princess is a witch reincarnated from the past when the last grand duke (that looks alike Theo) was alive. She probably wanted the guy, but couldn't so she cursed him and his family. That's why she knows how to nullify it. This story is going to be long, cause im think in order to explain the curses origin we will go into the past somehow?
