ok basically the technique that miwa and kusakabe uses (simple domain or new shadow style). the reason why it’s only the two of them who uses it is because the old woman forbids it from being taught to others or something. so mei mei kills her and like what was said, kusakabe is now the new head of it (new shadow school)
i cant really explain this technique but its shown a few times like i think when kenjaku did ultimate uzumaki and kusakabe blocks it shielding miwa during shibuya incident. hope this helps
