It’s alright..

It kinda feels off cause it just leads you into a direction where you theorize and then turns into the opposite direction making it feel like you’re stupid for following where the plot leads you?! The top saying he loves him that early didn’t feel insincere but still felt too early, and the issue of mistrust could’ve been discussed way earlier, cause like ok you cleared it up that the bff was never your lover but just unrequited love but after that you still acted like you were hung up on him, and then the bff appeared at the house and totally gave “possessive in not a bff way” vibes and not entirely “just looking out for my bff and making sure his boyfriend is good” vibes, and sosuke knew kippei fears not being enough for him, it was clear it came from feeling inadequate and unworthy and not from mistrust so when sosuke confessed why wouldn’t you just ask “why don’t you believe me” and have the insecurity talk, like you spilled a whole sex addiction problem on him and he deals with it so why wouldn’t you open up the inferiority complex talk and help him too instead of jumping to “you don’t trust me so goodbye” when you claim you love him too now??
and why would kippei the next day jump to the conclusion that sosuke would be WITH the bff when it was clearly established without a doubt that they were never together and by that time sosukes feelings for him were also faded away like it just comes outta nowhere, the other stuff you could say ok the character could reasonably act that way but him actually accusing him of being with bff is just bad writing and smth he wouldn’t say IDK MAN IDK
