based on the final flashback we see in ch5, it’s implied that the seme knew his sister saw them having sex (he wasn’t asleep yet) & so i guess he’s been waiting for the uke to come back to him? or for the marriage to fail at the very least
he didn't know that the sister saw them, he was just wishing for them to break up.
