No, the Dragon is river-born. He gets his power from water, as opposed to fire or air. That kinda thing.
what I mean is that even though Taehyuk is currently in the water, he won't suffer, or atleast he won't suffer for too long, because Hyo-Un's powers seem to be restored, or atleast the feverish symptoms he experienced, which previously I had chalked up to the shock of losing his mate and not completely having his powers back, is now gone. He should be able to tap into his dragon powers and since he was born from a body of water, he should be able to sense Taehyuk.
