Completely agree. First couple of chapters and it already more nonsense than I am willing to tolerate. What with so many novel BLs having absolutely trashy MCs? Do people really expect us to sympathize with these weirdos? Only person I feel for is the love interest, at the moment. I know they're going to eventually ruin his character to make their protagonist happy. But for the time being, that poor guy is the only sane person surrounded by a nexus of crazy people around him starting with his own mother. Bro should ditch both the lover, because he's got some ulterior motives, and the stalker that his own mother is forcing him to live with, because that guy is just f***king creepy in every way. As for abuse, yeah there is abuse. But the one being abused is not the MC like people think. The black haired dude is the victim here and his own mother is complicit. Him punching the MC is legitimate self-defense to make sure that bitch learns no means no.
