Perfume vs. Concentrated Pheromone...

I think the mangaka has been really creative regarding Eric's pheromone...
We've been shown up to this point that there're 2 natural, and 3 altered affects his pheromone's can have depending on how you're exposed to them:
Predatory Pheromone (natural): Induces crippling fear
Passionate Pheromone (natural): Makes lover hornier!
(Shell experienced what I'm dubbing as his "predatory" pheromone the first time they courted because Eric was dangerously possessive and immensely upset at the time, and the "passionate" pheromone when they courted in Eric's family's house [and possibly even direct-transferred to Shell's lips when they kissed and he gave him a bj for the first time?])
Pheromone Perfume: Induces a frenzy/bloodlust
Pheromone Reverse-Perfume: As far as we know thus far, this only neutralizes the original perfume; we don't yet know if any excessive amount of it can reverse a concentrated dose.
Concentrated Pheromone: Blinds and immobilizes (hallucinate being bathed in blood, immobilized by overwhelming fear & inability to "see")

With the pheromone in the perfume form Humpty & Jack created, the other vampires were moved to a fit of carnal rage where they just wanted to kill each other; however, we know from 2 instances in the past that Eric's pheromone induces crippling fear, not murderous rage. The first time we witness it's affects is when the bank is attacked and Shell just barely manages to withstand it long enough to pull Eric out of his funk.
On the other hand, the affects of the pheromone were proven to be immensely more powerful when it was concentrated, as we witnessed happen to Humpty's master/creator when Humpty used the pheromone against him. When he was exposed to Eric's concentrated pheromone, we saw exactly what we see happening to Shell in that last panel. I don't believe this will put Shell into a fit of rage, but rather completely blind him to his surroundings and paralyze him with an immense fear of death, leaving him completely exposed and helpless.

As little as that relieves me (because I'd rather see him immobilized than see him attack Eric), I just hope neither one of them gets hurt beyond repair.

Your classifications are really well-thought out and thoroughly explained but I don't think the pheromone perfume's induced frenzy is caused by rage; rather, I believe the perfume induces an even more intense fear resulting in defensive killing of any and all perceived hostiles.

Though, I will admit to my theory not accounting for why the humans remain safe so maybe it would be more accurate to assume that the pheromone perfume corrupts a vampire's own pheromones, causing them to be perceived as enemies to other vampires and vice versa?
