Because right now their view of love is extremely different, I also wouldn't imagine being in a serious relationship with someone like Kyuho if I heard what he said to the ML so I don't blame him for not seeing it, as for Kyuho yea well he never experienced so it's understandable that he'd be oblivious to it.
That's true. It's hilarious to me the fact that he said he doesn't like how complicated are relationships AND proceed to do everything in a relationship, but yeah he thinks relationships are annoying because that's what he had learned so far, so fair and understandable
