I get that. I would've been okay with uke being rude if seme hit on him and uke had his trauma and kept rejecting him. Nothing wrong with that. But being rude to someone who didn't even make a move on him and just treated him like a regular person is immature.

I'm not into the whole "arrogant rude ML" trope. I remember not minding this trope when I was younger but as I'm getting older, I just can't stand this type of character with such shitty behaviour for no reason. Mc didn't disrespect them at all. Just because ML had a shitty past, it doesn't excuse his awful personality
