It's simple, Mc can see ghost and his destined partner was the guy with the tattoo. Mc fate was changed by the Ml after he wished to be the MC. So now MC fate is linked to the ML due to the ML wish.
As far as I know the guy with the tattoo never said he dated the MC, so my guess is, Mc liked the guy with the tattoo in the past and kissed him but the guy with the tattoo ended up liking mc brother because he is no longer the mc fated pair, since the string was cut and linked to ML instead.
Now mc fated pair is the ML, hence why he fell in love with him so easily. He blames himself because he thinks the ghost is taking revenge on the ML but truth is ML fucked up and is just paying for it.
ML is aware of that, but he plans to blame and use the MC until he is "satisfied". His uncle is also aware of the situation since he was the one who sealed the wish ghost away for the ML.
Now as for the brother, it seems he rejected the guy with the tattoo after finding out that his brother liked him.
Let me just conclude by saying that the guy with the tattoo will probably fall in love with the Mc if the fate gets reversed, which I doubt cause from manhwa like this, ML always end up falling for the Mc.
