Like saying the uke is stupid and "just needs to communicate" as if victims don't constantly struggle to speak up and are irrational because they're literally being ab^sed like please get a grip you're the worst kind of person
I wrote this long yap fest but I don't see the comment and imma assume it didn't post (if you see two comments from me that's why) so you get the short version now but y'all clearly have no idea how abuse and trauma work. Watching some of you blame the uke is genuinely making me sick to my stomach and if you think the uke needs to "just say no" or "just stand up for himself" then you're exactly the kind of person who blames someone for not leaving their ab&sive boyfriend instead of blaming the ab*sive boyfriend
