Yaoi or Shounen ai?

This is labeled as yaoi but I think it should actually be shoun ai, since this is a Chinese webtoon and in china I'm pretty sure it is against the law to draw the sex scenes, can someone correct me if I'm wrong

But isn’t Kill for this Love also a Chinese work? They’re pretty explicit about sex scenes too
