I think vol 1-3 is the next time line and the rest on anime. The vol 4-13 is the first loop or timeline. And since ayane have become snake She won't have red eyes in next timeline ( so there's no accident that killed her parent)? and because another her who have relationship with mc, is also kind i think when she suicide in anime that awaken MC power. Mc become neet not cuz the twin tail friends this timeline but cuz he lose ayane i guess?.
