Arthur need Lucy's father power to handle the council. So unfortunately he can not easily get another fiance. Now that Arthur told Lucy his situation which potentially can lead into wars, the burden will be on Lucy's shoulders. Can not blame Lucy is she decide to stay with him. She said couple of times that she doesn't want hurt people in the novel.

There’s no way Noah isn’t the male lead bro, he’s the only one that liked her for her while others only started to like the MC when she didn’t want anything to do with anyone. They all fake as hell. I’m waiting for the day the Mc grows a pair and announces that she doesn’t want this marriage publicly cause the prince can easily get another fiance .
