i mean i don't think its abt being stupid but wishful thinking... theyre his family hes probably still holding to a sense of hope that they can care for him bc he has no other family that care

i could understand that, but after everything that has happened and how they have treated him in the past, running to them in the drop of a hat is just stupid. he has a boyfriend and friends around him that care a lot about him. i understand wanting to have family, but i still feel like it's a stupid idea.
