But how....well if he can use the other 8 monarch's descendants then that would mean he can use all the monarchs powers but dragon's descendant.....no way because if by any chance it is true ...the shadow monarch blood in him will override the dragon's because jinwoo is stronger than antates....plus their is no chance of them being connected through blood after all except jinwoo , suho and jinwoo's father who was previously contracted with those angels everyone else in his family are human right
