he didn’t want to continue figure skating cause at some point it became a burden to him to carry on his mother’s and sister’s dreams after they stopped skating. after his mother’s death he was finally able to give it all up to live his own life, but then he saw his sister watching and remembered that he still had to carry the burden of her dreams as a failed figure skater. he got frustrated because he thought he could finally live his own life and went on a rampage so no one would force him back to figure skating after a public scandal
