Zeke was the true hero in the beginning and that blonde guy was jealous so the dark cult find a way to twist the time or something to make the blonde the hero and made zeke the evil
I had feeling that was the case.
Wait if blondie was always the hero then he must have been the bad guy like always but since he told him that he ch aged along with the characters and the plot since he did say I have been here for thousands of years meaning he has been in the same story falling for the same girl but now it has changed things are not going his way and that it was him who said that to him but I'm guessing something must have happened
