I just confirmed on a korean website there’s no Novel to this webtoon this is an original work, and this is even a free webtoon. Spoiler on the upcoming episodes,

Obviously FL hasn’t completely forgiven him the girl is still overcoming her mental health (I mean 10 years of trust destroyed.) but ML is planning on marrying FL the year after this.
