I don't have any manga recs, but I have some anime recs!
Stars align (sad and ends on cliffhanger)
Hakata tonkotsu ramens (the mc isn't gay, but he is always crossdressing bc he likes it)
Doug & Kirill (the mc's aren't gay, but the vibe is gay. And there's a lesbian couple in the supporting cast)
High card (gay vibe between the mc and his partner)

No problem! You'll especially love doug & kirill if you've already watched tiger & bunny. Which I do recommend you watch first, now that I think about it (the mcs also have a gay vibe in that lol). It's set in the same universe, but the characters don't meet. Plus there's an abundance of tiger & bunny doujins to satisfy you afterwards
