Children seats aren't supposed to look at the back? Just a random question hahaa

Some are and some arent! I think the ones facing the others ways are removable, like you can clip the seat in the car and then take the sit out to carry the baby. The one facing the road arent removable and are only for car sit (sorry for the crappy english)
