If Kotaro had not given in n forced her to go home thinking she can find happiness back at her home with a better man not realizing shes more happier currently, he prolly would’ve felt even more horrible leading her to be used by her so called “father”. Of course that didn’t happen but I just thought about it for a bit, whether it was out in of jealousy or actually wanting her to find happiness (in bros case it was a bit of both though jealousy defo overshadowed the other), he would’ve felt like shit. Of course finding out this way would still feel like shit but in the hypothetical scenario it would be too late. NO ONE other than him was actually on her side back at her home, n finding out U the only person on her side ended up taking her back to that hell hole just to suffer more n took away her happiness, he would feel devastated.
