It's obvious. An actor that have no business background and experience able to open a franchise, means he have another business partner that more experienced, a consultant or some kind of things. Those other side is probably the one doing the fraud and double contract without him knowing. Since he is the real owner of the business and an actor who live in spotlight, if the crime got exposed, he is the one who will be blamed and those people that betrayed him can have time to run away. I bet they even paid the reporters and journalists to set a stir.
