There is a romance in that story, but it's not very obvious at first. I can't quite remember the exact chapter, but the main character (MC) and the female lead meet around chapter 900.
It's funny to think that the MC is so flirty with other girls, but towards the female lead, he became tsundere.
I wouldn't call it a typical romance though, because the MC is so tsundere towards the female lead. It takes until around chapter 1500+ for them to actually get together, and honestly, I can barely remember those details.
