It's such a shame we don't-- switch couples are almost the standard in western MM novels. I wonder if it's got to do with some Asian countries more heteronormative standards, and only being able to see a relationship (gay or lesbian be damned) through the lens of submissive woman and dominant man.
I dunno, but I have never been a fan of switching and I am queer lol. Maybe that's why western M/M works are usually not my cup of tea. I prefer Asian queer works.
yeah i think its fine to like top/bottom dynamics, lots of gay relationships ARE like that and it works great for them. all power to them. i just wish there was more dynamic diversity in asian works (〜￣△￣)〜
