Guys.....The Knight guy is a commoner with LOW EDUCATION AND EVEN LIMIT INFO.

How can you expect someone of low status who was only trained to be knight to think on a higher level when his only duty is to protect his master? I swear this story is for higher level thinkers because y'all are mad at him and not mad at the bitch that caused this WHOLE SITUATION TO HAPPEN WHICH IS THE GALICO 2ND CRAZY PRINCESS WHO ORDERED THE DUKE TO KILL ARIADNE.

His rationale fell along the lines of...

"If she wasn't in the princes life the prince wouldn't have fell in love with her, the duke wouldn't have been killed by the prince to save her, the prince wouldn't have been suspected of killing him, I wouldn't have fell for her and felt so guilty for loving the princes lover that I had to sacrifice myself to save both my prince and her.....my prince is here to save me with his life on the line while she is safe and sound.....IF IT WEREN'T FOR HER NONE OF THIS WOULD HAVE HAPPENED.....IT'S ALL HER FAULT!!!"

So ya. If ya really think about it- he's not at all far from being right because Ariadne did get involved with him in her second life and if she didn't it really WOULDN'T HAVE HAPPENED. It makes sense why he blames her because he was always been loyal to the prince, but he became infatuated with her, while only having little info on the whole situation, he doesn't know ALL the context so his frame of rationale is limited only to 2 people. Which would mean he'd have to choose between 3 people to blame- himself, the prince or her (and he's been loyal to the prince MUCH LONGER than her) so it's obvious why he chose her (an outsider) to blame instead of the people who are just doing their jobs trying to torturing him for answers.

He LITERALLY is commoner who became a knight for the prince, he lacks education and connections to know EXACTLY what's going on so how could he possibly think outside the box? HE CAN'T HE'S ONLY LIMITED TO WHAT HE KNOWS ON THE SURFACE. Instead of being pissed at the poor guy who gave the prince some time to plan and turn the tides, who we REALLY should be pissed at is the crazy ho who orchestrated this bs and is currently trying to help and also harass prince Alphonso at the same time. Ariadne is literally trying to be a better version of herself and it's not her fault if crazy ass people want to be evil and get in the way of that ( ⩌⤚⩌) Princy Alphonso is LITERALLY a human being he AIN'T OBLIGATED TO LIKE A BITCH HE HAD NO CHOICE IN CHOOSING AS HIS FIANCE PERIOD. Y'all forget that these 2 are in weird ass times and their options are limited and unfair. ( ̄▽ ̄)

EXACTLY!!! People are forgetting how severely traumatic torture can be. Trauma survivors will usually put their blame on people they love as a psychological defense mechanism like are people forgetting he just lost his arm, was most likely starved and underwent verbal and physical abuse like of course he is not mentally well like what?? someone in the comments were like its is own decision he's misogynistic like dude he's literally just been tortured for who knows how long purposely blaming a girl is the last thing of his mind...

Couldn’t have said it better myself! And also, the guy has trauma and trauma changes a person. More often than not, it’s negative change.
