damn straight, thats the part that irked me when they chalked up it up to "it's okay cuz i love u too, and u make horny" like tf dude, u kept complaining how he's boring and hard to talk to. He seme kept going on and on about hoe he has a choice. but he never considered chitose's feelings even after he broke down properly. I get the whole bit where oh man may be i should set him free from "me".
but then again, they did say that his parents would send him back telling him to talk it out with yoshi. So idk how the momma feels.
Cuz if its just marrying a shrine maiden, chi could've married anyone, even had a common law marriage, and couldve had a choice to settle down in the village or not, since yoshi's fam is the only who needs them, and are the only ones benefitting.
I hate how uke was told all through out his childhood that he was going to marry someone he was never met. uke was never able to play so that his "purity" wouldn't be tainted, like WTF. I honestly felt like uke should have found someone better or had the freedom to choose seme or someone else.
