I’ve never read an omegaverse where male omegas have two genitals??? Male omegas don’t have two genitals, they still have their dck and balls, but have a uterus which is why they can give birth. And it’s usually female alphas who will have a dck (but I’ve only seen that so far from like 2 stories)
And Chansol is an omega in an all supposed alpha group, so it’s more about him lying and being found out and deceiving the fans this entire time.
