how do you get hooked? the story is too bland for me but, i really want to read this help me
Hones That’s how it was for me at first. I’ve tried picking this up about 5 times and then today I finally decided I’ll read it bc of all the praise it was getting and tbh it deserves every bit of praise. All I can tell you is it gets soooooo much better, just give it a chance. Just like Niki said best bl omegaverse out there.
It’s a slow burn. The focus is more on the internal psychological state of the characters than anything else, so it might not be for everyone, especially if you’re used to more eventful plots. However, in terms of writing complex personalities and relationships that feel compelling and realistic, it’s far above similar comics. Rather than external plotlines, most of the focus is on Karlyle’s psychological struggles and growth
