Even more than that Rashta went after Navier's friend by claiming her early delivery was evidence of the child not being her husband's... only to have her own early delivery... because her own child wasn't her husbands...
Tbf i think Rashta fully believed that kid was what's his name's own. I don't think she knew she was originally pregnant for the other guy and only started experiencing pregnancy syptoms after she got together with what's his name.
Isn't it crazy that he convinced everyone that Navier was the one who was infertile while HE was the one who actually couldn't have children and was delusional enough to believe his lies.
