From what I read in other spoilers the 2nd child was the emperor's but Duke A did a little switch a Rooney or something to ruin Sov's life because when he was a child he chases out a concubine of his father's and that woman ended up joining Duke A's family and severely messing it up. I think at the end he does realise she's his daughter as she becomes a knight a think and I think she turns down his offer to rejoin the blood like or become a princess or something of that nature of being a family again.
Imo it's really interesting how he ruined his own life by purely lack of communication. He feels like a prince that never quite grew up and he can perform academically just fine but otherwise... （￣へ￣）

No Sovieshit REALLY can't have children. Rashta was pregnant when they met so even she didn't know that Glorim wasn't Sovieshit's child.
