They switched at the end of last season and not only 2 chapters ago. When they swtich the power dynamic is totally reversed and Ethan appears like a very rough dominant seme. Like 2 chapters ago, he fucked Tristan to exhaustion, the guy literally fainted. As for problem solving, he is also taking most risks as he went and met with Tristan's uncle. He's actually ready to sacrifice himself for the safety of his lover. He's been showing more mental strength and resilience that Tristan lately.
