Similar to some previous comment, I can't really root for MC, not only because of his wrongdoings. But I think he sort of act like a damsel in distress in most of the cases/issues he encountered. The only reason he got to survive to the end is due to MC buff and the ML is always there to save the day.
Sometimes, I also felt like there are plot holes that could definitely be addressed better by the author. For example, when the actor involved in bullying has some rumors spread about him, MC noticed early on but does not really take an action until the situation is at its worst scenario possible ie: attempting to suicide.
I also can't be helped but think that if the genre of the manhwa and gender of MC is reversed, she would definitely called weak and whatnot for crying and waiting around to be saved by ML.
Anyway, it is what it is and I can't deny that the story is good. No abusive/toxic/manipulative ML and all around a decent read. I think this might be categorised as a first world problem in BL world as usually we will complain about toxic seme ╮(￣▽￣)╭
