So there is this manga I am pretty sure I've read bur maybe it was a fever dream so perhaps you guys could help me find it.
Well it's about an island or smt similar, a pretty native culture of father figures (buff big tiddie men) raising other men ( I think just men) and they even milk em and stuff and so the protagonist falls for his caretaker and I think they were sorta dark skinted
