The red x's really confuse me as well. I can't tell if they are bruises or hickeys or something else in the scene after. Why did he mark him with the pen and what are the marks that are left on his body... I kept wondering if I missed something.

he marked him in his sensitive areas but what happened after is still a mystery ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄
