I don't think that's why they gave that advice
Idk but I hope sensei gets doc and tat sumo their own story. Doc is the most beautiful to me. I love them all tbh

- talked bad about Minato (their relationship) without knowing him
- let Shizuma work more, so that he won't have time to meet Minato
- let Shizuma take him to a Café after work hours for no reason, even though he knew that Shizuma had a date with Minato and would be late if they'd go to the Café
- saw that Minato get's insecure, because of him not keeping a professional distance from Shizuma, but still doesn't stay away
It’s very clearly implied that the director has feelings for him.. like the latest chapter where he feels a difference when Shizuma is not there but the rest of the doctors do not
