Ok so the Butler is a demon, not an NPC at all as you can easily tell, I can't 100% recall, but I think he was in charge of the building, he turns into one of the ML's along with the other MLs, it becomes quite the reverse harem.
Also, to note that they can all escape at the end, but refuse to leave her, so they all end up staying in the mansion with her in the end. It was one of them, "excuse me, what?" kind of endings.
