the taste is ok actually. i just remembered eating those raw as a kid. just grab peel or sometimes just wash it without peeling and eat them as is. liked it if it is a bit cold from the fridge.
Honestly, I prefer raw carrots than cooked ones. It's a texture thing for me. I love crunchy carrots but I despise soft or mushy carrots.
