I was ticked off about that, too. She should’ve had blood running down her face and entire head. Also, I was hoping the glass would’ve ripped the back of her dress so those jerks could’ve seen the scars all over her back.
this new chatper is so underwhelming, like as if it's trying to make the readers sympathize with cesar. and in the novel, ruby was almost bathing with blood. she can't even open her eyes because of the blood dripping on her face. idk. i just feel quite disappointed with this chapter. it feels too rushed.
