I don't think so.. because he's brother basically so in love with him, like so protective and caring about him. Its true thou that he was the villain in the past life, I don't know this time, but I still think its another person.
I did read some comments that give spoilers, mc will be kidnapped by his enemy or something that has something to do with his past life.
But it'll be hilarious for me if it's really is his brother behind that.
I just think it makes sense. I'd assume he has his memories or at least the same obsession with the MC. It'd be on some "I couldn't keep you then, but I can now" type of thing. Especially bc he wanted MC to give up on ML.
