Why should it have to change anything? William should learn how to take care of himself.
I mean, yeah he’s an adult, William should be able to take care of himself. BUT MC has been showing concern for William and sitting by his bedside while he’s sick due to his own actions, and seems like his agreement will change something (glad it does, but with William’s mindset being so screwy I don’t see how other than “the power of friendship”)
I guess we'll just have to wait and see
Its not through the power of friendship although they do become friends after
